Dahon Resort Villas Travel Guide

1. Introduction

These standard policies ensure a secure and organized environment for all guests. By booking a stay at Dahon Resort Villas, you agree to our terms regarding payments, cancellations, and house regulations. Please review these conditions thoroughly prior to your arrival. If you have any inquiries regarding your reservation or resort policies, please contact our administration office for formal clarification.

3. Data Verification

We require guests to review the confirmation email immediately upon receipt. Please notify our reception team within 12 hours of booking if any information is incorrect to ensure your reservation is accurate.

4. Check-in Policy

Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a copy of their booking confirmation. Failure to provide these documents may result in delays during the registration process.

5. Booking Requests

To complete your reservation, please provide: Full name, contact details, arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, preferred villa type, and any special requirements (e.g. dietary needs or transport). Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation

Guests are entitled to a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Percentage Fees

Cancellations made between 13 days and 72 hours before the scheduled check-in will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost to account for limited villa inventory blocks.

3. Late Cancellation

Cancellations submitted within 72 hours of arrival, as well as no-shows, are strictly non-refundable. The full amount of the reservation will be charged to the guest.

4. Booking Change

Subject to availability, reservation modification is free if requested 14 days before arrival. Requests within 14 days are subject to our standard cancellation fee structures.

5. Force Majeure

In cases of extreme weather or natural disasters making travel unsafe, the resort may issue a travel credit or refund. Guest safety remains our primary operational priority.

6. Policy Updates

Our terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The policy active on the website at the time of your check-in will govern your stay and any claims.

All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers to our official business account, GCash, major credit cards (subject to terminal availability), and cash payments on-site. Deposit Requirements: A security deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Specific deposit amounts and due dates will be detailed in your booking confirmation. The remaining balance is payable upon check-in. Incidental Charges: Additional costs for dining, extra guests, or tours will be billed to your room account. Please settle all outstanding balances prior to departure using any of our approved payment methods. International Fees: For international card payments, your bank may apply currency conversion fees. These charges are determined by your financial institution and are not controlled by the resort.

Standard Resort Arrival Policy

Check-in Protocol
    Regular check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and booking confirmation. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A security deposit for incidental charges may be required upon arrival. Staff will provide a room orientation and key handover during registration.
Departure Info
    Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM to allow for villa maintenance. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and room rates. Please return all room keys to the front desk reception before departure. All outstanding balances for services and amenities must be settled. A final room inspection will be conducted by management before departure.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM. Please maintain low noise levels for the comfort of all guests.
